3000+64 vs 320064

I was just thinking..

If I paid $150 plus $35 for OEM 300064 and a good aftermarket HSF, Id be able to overclock it like what, 200mhz from 2.0 to 2.2?

While for $200 I could get an 320064 and run it stock at the exact same speed as the above choice? True? or can the 3000+ overclock even more?

If your lucky you could get it to 2.3 - 2.4 ghz with good cooling. Even if you only get it to 2.2ghz it will still run faster than the 3200+ because the FSB is much higher.
