Your PSU might be failing.

Yes 80% says power supply been there done that. If thats not it then video card is my 2nd and CPU cooling would be my third thing to look at. Try reseating the heatsink and all wire connections in the case and give it another go. Also have you blown all the dust out of the case heat can cause issues like this also.
