With as smart as most stock investors are, I'm surprised everyone didn't sell all of Intel's stock for making about half a billion dollars more in profit than AMD made in revenue last quarter...
Well, Intel just opened the door for AMD. The question now references whether AMD can take advantage. We as the consumers will benefit from this. Cheaper prices and better products. AMD will probably be able to sign a lot more contracts with PC sellers like Dell.
