I'm needing help/suggestions on a mouse and keyboard for a future gaming build. Will be using i3-3220 and HD 7850 1gb
The mouse I am looking at is the Razer Abyssus (Price of $30 is within budget, so I can't stretch it)
http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Abyssus-Precision-Optical-Gaming/dp/B002XLR0JI/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1356732521&sr=1-1&keywords=razer+abyssus
My grip is a mix of claw/fingertip.

For the monitor I prefer going to wal-mart, it is the closest store near to me and I don't like getting TVs/monitors from online retailers. The nearest Best Buy is about an hour away and there is no other electronics store I can think of other than Office Depot(which is also a long drive away).
My budget for the monitor is a hard $130, no more than 5 dollars above that point as I am already stretching to reach that. 20-21" should be acceptable(I am currently on a 15.6" laptop which does decently enough)

The monitor choice I have found in Wal-mart:
HP 20" LED 1600 x 900 5ms response
http://www.walmart.com/ip/HP-x20LED/16472508

Will 1600 x 900 be too much for the 7850 or too little? I want to run most of my games on medium-high settings and don't know if opting for a more expensive 1080p monitor is worth it at that screen size

Overall, I would just like some advice on how good the mouse and monitor are; I will be mainly gaming with this computer and play a good amount of first-person games and a mix of others. (e.g. L4D2, TF2, Bastion, Orcs Must Die!, WoW/Guild Wars etc.)

Any advice/recommendations will be appreciated.

Get a 1080P monitor. It can EASILY handle that. I'm running a 7770 with a 24" 1080P full HD monitor, no problems. It can even output to my 42" HDTV.

Get a 1080p monitor.
