Hello,
I have an acer extensa 4420, it was in sleep mode, when I went to start it would not do anything, power light is on but nothing else. What can I do?

1.Remove the A/C power code from the Laptop
2.Push the power button it should shutdown.if not close the laptop and take the battery out. It should shut down now.
