Clean Install Help

Hey guys. I am wanting to do a clean install but I would like to check somethings first.
Do I need a new serial code to activate the OS again?
I have Win7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM SP1.
If I put the CD in then go to the CD boot menu I originally had when building my PC and clear the HDDs can I then just reinstall Windows?

Mobo: Asrock Extreme3 Pro Gen3
OS: Win7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM SP1.
HDD: Caviar Blue 500GB

Hi

assuming this is a Microsoft hologramed OEM Disk and you still have the disk and the label with the key on it
there should be no problem re installing & re activating Windows
If you transferred your Windows 7 to a new motherboard or PC this would be detected and probably not activated online
Your Windows sends details of the motherboard, cpu, network chip, sound chip & some others I can not remember along with key to Microsoft

No the OS has only been on this Mobo/PC. So i'm good to go?
