Hello Tom's!

I am working on a project to create a Wiki page at my job that has links to shared printers at each facility. When I click on the link in any web browser is says the page cannot be displayed. I am creating a hyperlink like this: \\NAME\PRINTER I have tried adding HTTP:// HTTPS:// and a number of different formats to get this to work. Unfortunately I was not able to find any useful information on Google. How can I get this to work? Any ideas?!

Another technician I work with came up with a solution.

Create a batch file as shown below with the path of the shared printer and the HTML link must be setup like this:

RunDll32.EXE printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n "\\COMPUTER\Xerox_Phaser_6180MFP_N_PS_MO"

Hope this helps! :bounce:
