AMD Athlon 64 pipeline stages

Do any of you know what are the 12 pipeline stages in the AMD Athlon 64 processor? Do you know any sites that describe its microarchitecture? Or is information like the details of pipeline stages intellectual property? I am googling it but all I am getting are really broad "it has 12 pipeline stages" without anyone really telling me what those stages are. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Schmide,

Nifty website, pretty in depth and hardcore. Good ish.

However, it doesn't talk about the stages in the big picture. While it talks about the details of individual stages, it does not say what precedes what etc. I know there are 12 stages (while there are 17 stages in the FPU alone...) so what are they?

Also, not sure how knowledgeable you are of comp architecture, do you know how the branch selectors (see section 4.7) work? Why are there 8 of them attached to one line of instruction? Thanks!
