What will be interesting to see is how they impliment the dual core solution.
All indications seem to point to the core being 3Ghz in the way of 2x1.5Ghz, assuming that is the case, what type of performance improvements can we really expect to see considering we are reverting back to dual 1.5Ghz CPU's in effect. Even though the CPU can process two threads simultaniously, how is it going to be any different then dual 1.5Ghz Xeons. Its going to be interesting to see how intel spins this. I hope they have good spin doctors.
