Best tv monitor

Hi all

looking for a little help as im after a monitor or tv minimum 26" and maximun 32" to play online poker,stream films,play dvds and connect to my virgin cable.

So it needs to be full hd with vga for computer ,hdmi for cable and scart for my dvd/surround sound.

Would appreciate any help Thanks.

This is perfect for my poker needs and which is main reason for buying it and every thing else only my dvd/surround sound is a scart connection so was wondering is there any way to hook the dvd player into the system also.

Just layed a new floor with my surround sound wires underneath in the computer room/lounge or i would move it to the main living area ,maybe need to buy monitor and tv .
