I haven't got one but am considering GETTING one.

One of my work mates has one. It's not TOO bulky (about the size of a
day-planner). It range is decent, it charges the palmtop and doesn't kill
the battery while in use.

I've got the SDIO card for my z72. It fits snugly behind my palm in it's
hard case when not in use -- and has proven to be useful for short emails
and messages. But, as I've pointed out here in the past, it EATS battery
charge -- it's like watching an egg timer.
