AMD 64 3000+ and Asus K8v

I am getting very high temps on the machine I have installed the stock HeAT SINK FAN, THE Temp reaches 62"c at load and 50"c at stock. How do I lower the temps?

Those temps aren't that bad. What's your room temp? Also, do you have "cool and quiet" enabled in the bios?

More info needed, what case, how many fans, list all ur hardwares as well would be helpful.
