i was wondering if they made adapters that allowed you to fit a slot one processor on a socket 370 board. i know they make them the other way around to fit socket 370's on a slot one board but is it possible to fit a slot 1 in a socket 370?

No...but if you need a Slot 1 board I can sell you one, or trade it for your Socket 370 board.
