Erg... Just started.

Very faint constant lines running horizontally and traveling non top from top to bottom. Hard to see, very faint. Is my LCD dieing or is this a driver problem?

Ive been having huge driver problems, and about to reformat with new mobo etc.

This is in the wrong forum, but I would make sure that all of your drivers are up to date before I declared the LCD dead, just makes a little more sense to me.

Make sure your video cable is securely plugged into your video card and LCD.

Could also be interference. Make sure the video card cable is not near any electronics like speakers, etc

LCDs use a fixed pixel configuration. They prefer to have a refresh rate and resolution that fits the screne. If you are using the DVI, the cable can be seseptable to interference from other electronic or electrical signals. Make sure the cable is kept well clear of other wires.
