i am building a pc for my little brother. he has no phoneline in his room so i didnt bother installing a modem. i am curious. if i network the two computers together could he use my internet connection?

i only have dial up, but if im not using up much bw at this pc, would it be too slow on his?

The OSes nowadays have an included "Internet Connection Sharing" tool - or you can use something like Sygate.
