next upgrade?

ok my system is not to bad for me at the moment, im a gamer and it gets me by, i will be getting a work bonus off £300 soon and want to do an upgrade for my pc but not to sure what to get. ive been thinking of getting a new monitor but not sure if its worth it. then again a new graphics card would be nice.

here is my current spec:

asus p4s800d motherboard
p4 2.8 prescott 800fsb
4 x 256 twinmos ddr400 pc3200 dual
2 x seagate barracuda 80gb sata raid0
creative audigy 2 platinum
sapphire ati 9800pro 128mb 256bit
samsung dvd-rom
Pioneer DVR-108 16x DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter
17" dell monitor (5yrs old)


what would u guys upgrade?
what upgrade would give me the best performance boost?
will upgrading the monitor be worth while?

any suggestions/help welcome please

If u do things right.... People won't be sure you've done anything at all......

Get a 6800GT vid card.
Then sell the 9800p and get a nice 19' or 21' monitor since you're a gamer. (thats if a 6800GT is less than your budget, don't know the x-rate ATM)
