Fault report by windows7

Hello, Every couple of days my PC reports via a dialog box on the desktop the following fault, this has happened several times.

You need to find out what program/process is displaying this box - if there a title to the window?

then:
- make sure you have no other programs running
- press CTL+ALT+DEL and run Task Manager
- click on the Applications tab
- right-mouse-click the single entry and select 'Go to Process'
- report back to us all that is highlighted.
