after doing the acer system recovery cds multiple times I still get a message the windows file is missing or corrupt, what does this mean? :pt1cable:

this error code also comes up on the same black screen: 0xc000000e

Also the black page reads I need to insert the windows installation cd, but isn't that the recovery system cds? :ouch:

I have windows vista and acer Extensa 5620Z laptop, if that it is at all relevant.

I really would appreciate any help you can give, I am going crazy just sitting here with my seemingly broken laptop. :cry:
