$600-$700 Low Gaming Laptop

Hi, I am currently looking for a general purpose laptop with small gaming capabilities. My budget is $600-$700.

Currently, my choices are:

ASUS A42JB:
Intel® Core™ i3 Processor 350M 2.26Ghz
Mobile Intel® HM55 Express Chipset
2GB DDR3 1066 MHz
ATI Mobility™ Radeon® HD 5145, 512MB VRAM

or

ASUS K40IE:
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T6570 2.1Ghz
NVIDIA MCP79D Chipset
2GB DDR3 1066 MHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M, with 512MB VRAM

Which would be a better choice if I can get them both for around $600? Also, what other choices should I consider?
