ok i was wondering about the article about changing xp into a xp-m. i tried it and my comp recognizes it as a xp-m but i cant change the multi's i do have a nforce 2 mobo. but i thought i read even if i did have this mobo then i could simply go to the bios and change the multi?? am i worng in assuming this i could sure use some input.

Your processor is still locked. Only soft multipliers work with "mobilized" but locked processors. Unfortunately, no one has been able to use soft multipliers with nForce2 yet. SiS, VIA, and AMD, yes, but not nForce.
