i was having heat problems so i thought getting a new heatsink would help so i got a thermaltake pipe101 ( http://www.thermaltake.com/coolers/comboCool/pipe101/pipe101.htm )and that didn't help still right after i boot up cpu die temp goes to like 75 and soon after the anti burn shuts it down anybody think they can help?

Have you removed the protective plastic film from the Heat Sink contact surface ?

Are you sure that your new Heat Sink is properly aligned on the Socket ?

Is the mounting bracket properly secured to the CPU Socket ?

Have you applied thermal paste on the CPU die and on the Heat Sink contact surface ?

Is the Heat Sink fan connected to the Motherboard CPU fan header ?

Those are the usual suspects, the most common mistakes a user will make when installing a new Heat Sink.
