\com&ltp not listed in devicemanager

I can not find COM & LTP in windows 7

Many newer systems don't even have com or lpt ports. If yours does, you may have to enable them in BIOS. If you don't have com and lpt ports on your back panel you may be able to use headers on the motherboard. What are your specs?
