Can't sign into the zone

When I attempt to sign in, the Page not available screen
comes up. I can play as a guest, but can't sign in. I
don't understand it!
Also, whenever I sign out of any passport site, it always
fails to sign out of the zone. I have tried everything,
please email me. THanks, Bill

If you have Windows XP and recently got SP2, it installs a new firewall
that may be preventing communication with the Passport and Zone sites.

Known issues with XP SP2 and various products out there.

It may help to use the "Enabling programs" section of the above article
to allow Zone.exe, Zproxy.exe and any other Zone program that
communicates with the Zone.
