time for upgrade

I am going to be upgrading my system and I was wondering if you guys had any input. Should I get a bigger PSU? I am going to be using some of the parts from my old system to help keep cost down.

Old system:
AXP 2500 stock speeds
Abit NF7-S v2.0
2x256mb corsair pc3200c2pt
Hercules 3DProphet 9800pro
Lite-On SOHW 832s
Xaser3 case with TT 430W PSU

I was thinking about switching my CPU, Mobo, and Memory to:
A64 3200 90nm
MSI K8n Neo2 Platinum
2x512mb corsair pc3200c2pt


When I switch to those new parts and keep the other old ones(especially video card, can't afford a new one yet), will my PSU still be ok or does that need to be upgraded too? Also will the memory be ok or should I try another brand/speed? If I have to change my PSU what brand and power would you recommend?

When I upgrade I will have an AXP 2500 barton, 2x256 sticks or corsair, thermalright slk 800u, and Abit Nf7-S v2.0 for sale if anyone is interested.

Try your old power supply first. It won't anything to try. If you decide to change, I recommend sparkle (fortron) or antec truepower series.
