CPU temps dont change, Load or Idle

My Cpu temps dont really change much. At idle its at 45 - 46 C under load its 45- 47C. This is a P4 3.0E CPU on a Soyo Dragon 2 Ver 1 MoBo. Im getting my temp readings from the BIOS and the software that comes with the MoBo. This can't be correct can it? Shouldnt there be a bigger gap between the temps at Idle and under load?

The Soyo monitor reads the wrong signal. Yes, I know how bad that sounds, and it is. I use MBM5, which also uses the wrong sensor by default. I'll load it up and get back to you with the correct sensors to use under MBM5.
