My first problem is that I have to shutdown my computer twice before it shuts down.
I am running Windows XP Pro edtion.
System hardware:
Soho Dragon MB 2.6 GHz 800 FSB
SiS Video Card
Onboard Audio
512 DDR Ram
40GB Seagate Hard drive
DVD drive
Atapi DVD Burner Combo drive 8X
TDK CD-ROM Burner 32x

My second problem is When I am burning movies, it burns all the way to 100% then the computer reboots. I finally get the movie done after 2 or 3 tries.

and one more thing, I've been hearing about Windows XP service pack 2.
Should have it installed? If so should I update all my hardware drivers first?

Hope you can help
