I am running Windows XL. I purchased a Samsung monitor which was bundled with MagicTune. The monitor was not satisfactory and was returned to the retailer and exchanged for a monitor of a different make. On bootup, I receive a splash screen informing me that “This computer system does not support MagicTune” On dismissing this screen, another appears inviting me to go to Magic Tune website or open the user manual. If I choose “Open user manual”, I receive a message “Cannot open C:\Program files\Magic Tune premier\Magic Tune_LCD.chm” I have tried to remove the program using the Windows method and also manually. I note that there is a folder containing the Magic Tune program but I am unable to delete it. Is there any way of getting rid of this problem?

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Download and run "CCLEANER". After that go to Control Panel and uninstall (delete) the programs (Magic Tune) that you do not need. Be careful to select the correct program to uninstall.
