my dell inspiron 1545 sometimes doesnt start just a front light n then fan runs n it switches off n sometimes it starts it just started after around 3 weeks later frm its last what cn be the problem

You have some kind of major hardware fault. Disconnect everything you can from the notebook, and attempt to boot it with an external monitor. Test your power supply with a multimeter if you can.
