This seems pretty good:

It has light weight and switchable graphics so when you're not gaming and taking it around University you'll get better battery life, of which most people who review the laptop say they get around 7 hours, which you'll appreciate at UNI.

There's also the Samsung Q430-11 that recently came out. It has a beefier i5 core, better graphics card, and around 4 hours battery life. It's selling for $830 USD which is only $30 USD more than the ASUS. Check it out.
