Hey guys...I am looking to purchase 2 monitors for a new computer I am planning on purchasing. I plan on using the system mostly for software development with a bit of gaming. I really know nothing about monitors, but I picked out a few on Amazon based on their reviews and was wondering what you guys though, or if I should be looking at something else. My only requirements are that they be 23" to 27" and that the price be less than $300. Any help would be appreciated:

ViewSonic VA2702W

Viewsonic VG2436WM

ASUS ML238H

Dell Professional P2411H

Planar Systems PX2710MW

Viewsonic VX2450WM

Of those, I think the Asus is the most cost effective choice.

You don't need a super expensive display for what you'll do, so I think the Asus will be the best pick.

My personal favorite so far is the ML248H. If you want to go with the cheapest, then go with the VX2450wm. It's also just a great monitor overall. Keep in mind it doesn't have an HDMI port however.

I have heard good things about the VX2450wm and DVI is fine.
