I am unable to launch games now that I got broadband. When
I go to Internet Options, Privacy, Default (Medium), then
Apply, IE always goes back to Custom/Import. Can someone
help me? Thank You, Jeff

- If you have XP, the recent SP2 added a second firewall and it may be
preventing the play of games. Known issues with XP SP2 and various
products out there.

It may help to use the "Enabling programs" section of the above article
to allow Zone.exe, Zproxy.exe and any other Zone program that
communicates with the Zone.

There's a section here on disabling the XP firewall:

- If you have a router, it could be using NAT.
