What are the best headphones I can get for $50 or less? My plantronics headphones just broke, the sound in the left stopped working and went on and off in i touched the left earmuff a little then it just went completely dead after like 2 days. All the headphones I buy usually end up dieing the same way, so if you know of any good headphones for under $50's(might go a little over that if I have to) I'm mostly going to us them for gaming and listening to music, the usual.

These are the ones that just broke

Under $50, I don't know. If you can go up to $100, the Sony MDR-7506s are damn nice.

For around 50 bucks I highly recommend the Sennheiser PX 100. I use mine for portable use with my bicycle and MP3 player and love the sound. I have the fairly high end HD 595 for home use and do not feel like I am suffering at all with the PX 100, great high and low ends and sweet midrange, IMO easily one of the best in the 50 dollar range for home or portable use. Think of the fact that it folds up into a nice sunglass style case and will also be great if you have any kind of portable player as a bonus.
