why do I keep getting this in my log?? it has only
happened since i upgraded the critical update. My xbox
now gets a slow connection (wired) and my wireless keeps
dropping and connecting on two laptops. no disruption in
service with the laptops but it is lagging the xbox when
it was not before i updated. Please help.

From your log, you'll see entries like 67.8.50.199:36159 being blocked from
external access. Those are people trying to enter your system. People
aren't nice on the Internet, and some spend a whole lot of time probing for
open computers. Keep that firewall up.

    Chris:
I am getting lines like that in my log as well. Would it
cause web pages to not display, like every 3-4 pages? It
has gotten to be such a problem I have just unplugged my
    router all together for now.
