Installing USB002 Port

Hello,

I need USB002 port available on my Windows 7 64-bit operating system. The Thermal Printer I am trying to install is not compatible with USB001 port. Is there a way to configure a new port?

There is no such thing as standard "USB001" or "USB002" ports. Probably this name is given by the drivers of your device. You better contact manufacturer for updated drivers (or revert to "Known-to-work OS").
