Where Can I Buy an OEM copy???

I've looked and Looked and looked... Can't find a OEM 64-bit copy of Window's 7 ANYWHERE! Is there anywhere anyone could show me where I can buy a copy??? I really decided I don't want Windows 8. Any advice on a trust worthy site I could purchase from would be useful! Also, will there be a service pack 2 for Windows 7?
