Canon IP 1500 Cleaning

Hi I am unable to get the black print. Colour OK. Ccan you give me any advice on what I can do to resolve this problem. Thanks Tony

You should try first cleaning the print heads, with regular water and soap.

If it doesn't work, check the ink levela - maybe your cartridge has simple ran out of ink.

If it does not work either, try replacing the cartridge.

If even replacing the cartridge does not work, reinstall the printer drivers.

If none of those ever worked out, the problem is in your printer. Contact technical support!
