Videos wont play until fully buffered?

youtube videos play just fine
-ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash and even tried different versions

running windows 7
i3 , 8gb ram , ssd/hdd gtx560ti but figured this is a software issue instead of hardware. all my drivers are up to date

Are these videos that you're trying to play from within your browser?

If so, what browsers have you tried?

If you are playing them from your computer, try playing them through VLC Player and see if the issue persists.

if U r watch in online if the internet connection is slow the video Want to buffer.so its normal.solution change dataplane to highest.

That is normal. Youtube videos aren't as long as streaming video (movies), also Youtube prob has a higher bandwith setting for streaming. You can have the fastest connection in the world from the future, and it is limited by the website.
