It also on media decoding assesement and watching videos online. This problems blow up after close the player or done watching. I tried a lots of solution like update adobe flash player, update AMD Catalyst to Version 12.10, Test with other motherboard, change PSU+more. Finally it still the same. Or it need to configure a crossfirex to work?. i run out of ideas. It still works well for gaming just video problems. Any one have an idea?.

Note: it work on the old system which spec: Asus p5kpl am-se,intel pentium 4, 1gb ddr2, but when ram upgrade to 2gb the problem back again. i don't understand why?

Do you have onboard video ? If yes disable it.
Get the codecs for .mp4 and .mkv, use different apps. to run the video.

I don't see other onboard graphic display in devices manager just hd 5670 because i made a fresh windows installation to make sure the problem from OS. but it doesn't.
Codec is k-lite codec pack 9.4.0. I used only wmp and mpc, so i gonna try more apps.

Thank for reply.

I always use VLC as it plays almost anything without need for 3rd part codecs. I would not install its browser helpers or whatever they call it, but for files on your system, it works well.
