I have bought a Scanner EPSON 610 Perfection, and I use Windows 7.
Which driver is compatible with these specs?

The specs of your machine don't matter when drivers are involved. You just need to go to the Epson website and download the printer drivers for that that model printer or install them from the CD that came with the printer.
