Well, that's an extremely bad computer for the money, as it won't do anything useful without RAM, graphics, etc. :lol:

Seriously though, just those parts from newegg come to under $400, so how good a deal it is depends completely on what the rest of the system looks like:

RAM?
Graphics?
Hard drive?
Optical drives?
Monitor?(if any)
OS/Software?(If any)

Post back with more info and we can be much better value-for-money judges
