Windows don't boot

Hello everyone,

I recently upgraded my computer and when I inserted a cd with a copy with windows 7 on it nothing happened. Eventually I realised that my monitor doesn't display anything, although it is connected to my computer. So during the time my monitor didn't display anything a faulty windows was installed on my computer so now everytime I try to boot windows it just say that there is an error during the booting of windows. So any idea about how to remove windows without windows booted?

Your Boot Manager is probably corrupted, have you reformat the windows?

insert disk and press F8 or the button that lead you to boot option and install windows 7/8 on your HDD
