Epson Help Please

hi all i have a new epson sx425w, i have just installed new genuine epson inks, the machine will only print in grey (not even a black and white pic) have tried loads of head cleans, what do i do next, throw the crap out of the window ?? was thinking deleting everything and sstarting again, i have unplugged it at the moment, and about to open that window, and i dont mean microsoft lol

Are you sure you didn't configure it to print as greyscale? Check out the printer settings.

no its working now but i used about a quarter of the flippin new ink to get it working thanks for that
