Out of good, fast, and cheap, you can't get all three at once. But at your price, and demanding graphic design capability, all you can get is cheap. For that pittance you won't get good or fast, since $600 won't buy the chip for fast or the ram for room--design hogs ram, and all the visuals will bog down a weak chip.
