Strange Spots on Laptop LCD Screen

Just recently I've noticed some strange spots on my screen. They are not dead pixels, as when I change my viewing angle they change location, and it's not dirt because they cannot be wiped off with a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol/distilled water mixture. Pictures are below, the spot is right below the "o" in location. Any ideas as to what this could be, and what I could do to fix it? Thanks!

Since it changes position it must be on the screen. Is it a divot on the surface?

It doesn't have a texture that I can feel :/

Dust between the clear cover and the actual screen. I have that on my laptop after I opened it to dry it after a water spill. I am not sure how you get that.

Thanks guys, if I do get around to taking apart this laptop in the future I'll see what I can do to clean it. At least now I know exactly what it is
