You know, the piece that is always missing on CV's (yes I did check the
bottom of my cab)

PBR says these are NLA.

Anyone have an extra by any chance?

I think the part # is 04-10253-1

any help much appreciated.

That's a really nice offer. I need this part along with the others who
already posted and the many, many others who haven't posted yet so you
might be inundated with e-mail!

If it's possible, please post the instructions here and ask John Wart
to host the pictures at his site. (I'm assuming John will do that b/c
he's made that generous offer many times in the past.) It'll probably
save you lots of time plus it'll be in the Google archives for future
use.

Again, thanks.

If someone was brave enough to send me their bracket, (God forbid it gets
lost in the mail) I may be able to get some of these made. My Brother works
as a machinist and has always told me he can reproduce anything I give him
that is made out of metal.

I would need the actual bracket to give to him so he can give it a shot.

Is this piece threaded for the screw? If it is, I'm not sure if he can do
that, but I am pretty sure he can reproduce the bracket. Might be worth a
shot if someone is willing to part with their bracket for a bit. Let me
know.

PBR had the blue rubber and the holding screw a while back...

My brother is a machinist too. I asked him a while back about making
parts like ramp flaps or other welded stuff - his answer was "how much
do you want me to do this" at $80/hour. (You can tell he's not a
pinball fan - he thinks they're "junk" ).

He collects farm tractors. Now, that's a bunch of rusty junk!
(especially his!) At least none of my pins have trees growing up
through them!

you can't expect cowboy rednecks to appreciate sophisticated
technology. Maybe if they made a Buck Hunter pinball with a shotgun
as the flipper button. they may try it out. :P

Heh, My Bro has done some stuff for before, non-pinball related. When he
comes by and looks at my machines, sometimes he makes little comments like,
"See that piece there, I can make that." I am going to give him my Shado*w
wall target and see if he can make me a metal one, he said he would give it
a shot.

Awesome. Thanks so much John.

Now, when Luke finishes golfing he can finally get around to helping us
out. ;-)

I made one for a buddies CV not long ago. I didn't make a template
though :( I think it has a nutsert inserted into it too, no? If so I
don't have that tool so I couldn't make them dead on.
