Hey guys, didnt know where to make this thread but any input would be great.
I ordered a Vaio on the 2nd, cancelled on the 4th and it was confirmed through email, phone rep and online that it was cancelled with no charge to my CC. However, i just received a package today and of course its the Vaio i cancelled. I dont believe i have been charged for this, and its obviously their fault. So what should i do?
I'd call Sony up and say that you have received it, even though you canceled the order and your CC hasn't been charged. I'd tell them that you'll send it back just as long as the shipping fee will be covered by them.
