Hi Folks:

I have an EM Gottlieb SOLAR CITY. When I start a new game, the game
goes through normal start-up, GI comes on OK, ball pops out and the
game seems ready to go. However, unless I hold in the flippers during
the start-up process, they will not work and points will not register
if I shoot the ball into the playfield.

Also, if I do hold the flippers and get the game going, the same thing
happens in between balls. I must hold the flippers, or they will not
work and points will not register on the next ball.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

DG

somebody has really messed up the wiring on your game.

meanwhile look into the hold relay and reset relay.
