Hello,

I have a great computer and a 24 inch display,

but ever since my keyboard slide out fell , the desk lost its ergonomics and I have tried removing the wheels everything to make it work.

So now I need a new desk,

I am looking for a simple desk without alot of extras , but ergonomics,

should I get a desk with a slide out keyboard mice, or on top?

what do you guys recommend or use for long hours gaming and you are fine with?

thanks

Frankly, I have both types, and even though I spend a few hours on the computers daily, I have never found one preferable over the other.

On the desk with the slideout keyboard and mouse tray, the tray is at a height of 25.5" off the floor. The fixed desks' (2) top is at a height of 27" off the floor. All three chairs are different; one has a fixed back and the other two have reclinable backs.

I am just as comfortable at any of these workstations.

My suggestion to you is try the fixed setup for a few days and see how you like it. A chair with good back support is important. The monitor height can always be adjusted.
