HP or Brother printers

Researching a good home printer - need it to scan and copy as well. My current HP is so costly to print and now has just died. Which is better HP or Brother and any particular models? Thanks

You will find that the ink cartridges are the expensive part; and they are all expensive!
There are more HP printers around. Mine is HP PSC 2210; in moderate home use for about 5 years. There are newer models these days.
I suggest an HP all-in-one (Print, Scan, Copy) model; get it on sale.
