How do I fix this problem as I do not have the reboot or recovery disk, I can't even get my computer to boot up to the normal screen, it just stays on the black screen say windows failed to start. HELP!!!!

You do not have to double-post. In regard to the issue, try holding down f10 or f11 when you first turn the laptop on, as in theory it should get you into the recovery partition. There maybe an option to repair, but if not, it will wipe the hard drive and restore it to factory conditions, i.e. you'll lose all of your files.
